To help students explore suitable learning paths, the Development of Teaching and Learning Center 
offers one-on-one academic advising sessions. You're welcome to apply and talk with an advisor about majors,
cross-disciplinary programs, double majors, minors, or self-directed learning.

• This service is available to current students at NCHU only

• Students may apply for advising on a different class, group, college, or department from their own.

• Please submit your application at least 10 working days (excluding weekends and national holidays) before your preferred consultation date, along with a brief description of the consultation topic.

• Please complete the online application form. You will be notified of the result via email.

• The Development of Teaching and Learning Center office  will arrange the advisor. Once approved, the scheduled time cannot be changed.  

• Once your appointment is confirmed, absence without justifications will result in a suspension of booking privileges for one semester. 

• One-on-one consultation sessions, limited to one hour per session.  

• After each consultation, the student is required to complete a feedback form online.  (online feedback form.)

• This form must be completed and submitted by the student only. Submissions by others will not be accepted. 

• If you are unable to attend your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify the Development of Teaching and Learning Center by phone in advance.
