Dear Faculty,

Artificial intelligence is advancing rapidly and continuing to reshape higher education and classroom teaching. Where is AI heading, and how can educators respond and adapt?

The Center for Teaching and Learning Development will host the "2026 'AI-Empowered, Cross-Disciplinary Innovation' Education Forum" on November 11 (Wednesday). In the morning, Associate Vice President Hsin-Mu Tsai of National Taiwan University will discuss current trends in artificial intelligence and how faculty can respond to and apply AI in the classroom. In the afternoon, six NCHU faculty members who have received Teaching Practice Research grants on AI-related topics will share their research findings and practical experience in integrating AI into their courses, offering cross-disciplinary perspectives on AI in teaching. We warmly invite all faculty to join us!
