Transcripts
Official academic transcripts are available through the Registrar’s Office. It is signed and dated by registrar and displays the seal of the University. There is a fee for each copy. Official transcripts can be requested in person or by post mail. Official transcripts cannot be sent by e-mail or fax. Students may order official transcripts with their photo IDs at the Registrar’s Office or by sending a signed letter including the following information:- Name
- NCHU identification number
- Date of birth
- Date of attendance
- Current address
- Phone number or e-mail address
- Specific mailing address for each transcript ordered.
- All Kinds of Application Forms for Undergraduate Students
- All Kinds of Application Forms for Graduate Students
- Application fees and return postage for international mails must be paid in cash (US dollars).

Registration:
On-line course selection is the only way to register for classes at NCHU. After the deadline of on-line coursse selection, Registrar’s staff will process your course removal/addition forms.
